Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the co-founder and former CEO of Binance, has launched a “Pay to Reach” feature on ReachMe, a paid chat platform connecting key opinion leaders with fans. According to posts on X, CZ is charging 0.2 BNB—approximately $125—for users to send him private messages. The move has sparked significant buzz, with over 100 key opinion leaders reportedly joining the platform.

CZ shared on X earlier today at 6:58 AM WAT that he raised the fee due to overwhelming demand after making his ReachMe account public, stating, “I was inundated with messages.” The initiative aims to turn direct messages into exclusive access while adding value to the BNB ecosystem,”I will adjust the price to try to hit a sweet spot of about 10 messages per day,” CZ noted, after initially being spammed before he raised the fee. as noted by @StalkersCrypto in an X post.

This development follows CZ’s recent activities in the crypto space, including his announcement of a BNB Chain hard fork earlier this month, as reported by U.Today. However, some in the crypto community on X have questioned whether the high fee could limit accessibility for smaller investors, reflecting mixed sentiment about the new feature.
